At The Lallia Edit, every order is carefully prepared and beautifully packaged from our studio in Cyprus. We want your parcel to arrive safely and for the unboxing experience to feel just as special as the pieces inside.

Order Processing

Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

During busy periods, collection launches or public holidays, preparation may take slightly longer. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays in Cyprus.

For orders below these thresholds, our standard shipping rates apply.

Free shipping eligibility is calculated based on the qualifying order value after discounts and before shipping charges.

Our free-shipping promotion applies only to the countries and regions included in our active shipping zones. Shipping availability and the final delivery charge will be displayed at checkout.

Cyprus Delivery 🇨🇾

Orders within Cyprus are delivered through one of our trusted local delivery partners.

• Orders below €30: €3 shipping

• Orders of €30 or more: FREE shipping

• Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days after dispatch

The available delivery method will be shown at checkout.

Please ensure that your telephone number and delivery details are correct so that the delivery provider can contact you if necessary.

Greece Delivery 🇬🇷

Orders to Greece are sent through Cyprus Post using a tracked postal service.

• Orders below €30: €7 shipping

• Orders of €30 or more: FREE tracked shipping

• Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days after dispatch

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

European Union Delivery 🇪🇺

Orders to eligible European Union countries are sent through Cyprus Post using a tracked postal service.

• Orders below €75: €12 shipping

• Orders of €75 or more: FREE tracked shipping

• Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days after dispatch

These rates apply to European Union destinations other than Cyprus and Greece, which have their own shipping rates and complimentary shipping thresholds.

The available shipping option will be displayed at checkout.

United States & Canada Delivery 🇺🇸 🇨🇦

We offer tracked international shipping to the United States and Canada.

• Orders below €75: €25 shipping

• Orders of €75 or more: FREE tracked shipping

• Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days after dispatch

Delivery times may vary depending on customs procedures, local postal services and the final delivery destination.

Any applicable import duties, taxes or customs-related charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Australia Delivery 🇦🇺

Orders to Australia are sent through our tracked international shipping service.

Shipping availability, delivery charges and estimated delivery times depend on the destination and the shipping options available at checkout.

Destinations not included in our active shipping zones may not be available for delivery.

Our complimentary international shipping offer applies only to eligible destinations specifically included in the promotion.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email, where tracking is available.

Please allow a short period for Cyprus Post or the destination country's postal service to update the tracking information.

International tracking updates may occasionally take longer while a parcel is in transit or passing through customs.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling fees.

These charges are determined by the destination country's customs authorities and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless expressly stated at checkout.

Any applicable customs duties, import taxes or additional customs-related charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that complimentary shipping does not include customs duties, import taxes or customs handling fees.

We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order.

Delivery Times and Delays

Estimated delivery times begin from the date of dispatch, not from the date the order is placed.

Occasionally, delays may occur due to customs inspections, postal or courier disruptions, public holidays, severe weather or circumstances outside our control.

Although we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, we will always do our best to assist if your parcel is significantly delayed.

Please note that international shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please check your delivery details carefully before completing your order.

The Lallia Edit cannot be held responsible for delays or additional delivery charges caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout, where these issues are outside our control.

If you notice an error in your delivery details, please contact us as soon as possible at info@thelalliaedit.com.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.

Additional delivery charges may apply if a parcel must be resent because incorrect or incomplete delivery information was provided.

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Damaged or Incorrect Parcels

Every order is carefully inspected and packaged before leaving our studio.

If your parcel arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, where possible, at info@thelalliaedit.com.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photographs of the item

• Clear photographs of the outer and inner packaging

We will review the matter and assist you as quickly as possible.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
